More than just van makers. We're Big Bear Vans.

Hello, we are a team of van builders in Big Bear City, California. We are close to Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego. Vans we create are unique, functional and personalized.
Custom builds, innovations, family layouts.

We've been travelling with a trailer all around Europe and USA. We were travelling in an self converted ex-ambulance sprinter van in California when COVID started. During our journey we met people who asked us advise on how to build a van and motivated us to build more.

The following year we opened a workshop in sunny San Diego and combined our passion and profession into a van build small family business. In 2021 we've moved to Big Bear, CA and opened there a bigger shop with a CNC machine. Our electric bed over dinette transformer solution is very popular among families.

Our mission is to help others to fulfill their vanlife dreams and provide them with best solutions in van conversions.

So far we've built out more than 65 camper vans, all of them were custom conversions with various layouts. We are proud to offer real tiles bathrooms, advanced motorhome heating system, electric bed, pull out toilet, LED strip lights, acacia, bamboo, rattan and cedar wood in the interior, rear patio, decking on the roof, efficient 12v A/C, 4 season insulation, video modeling of your future van and more.

Building a van conversions business has been a challenging journey, but our unwavering passion keeps us going. We started as a small family venture in our backyard, and now we're a fully-fledged shop in Big Bear with a skilled team of van builders, CNC experts, engineers, and an impressive portfolio of intricate builds. Our secret weapon? Our genuine love for the van lifestyle. We've come a long way, but there's still ample room for growth on the horizon.
